There are three gorgeous young blondes interviewing for one opening as a detective.
They all sit in a room where they are to be interviewed by the head of the department.
He tells them all to study a profile photo of a suspect, and to study it well. He gives them ample time to study it, before stowing it away, and dispensing with the queries. The chief inspector asks the first blonde, "Can you name any distinguishing characteristics about this man that may help us identify him? "Sure," the first blonde gushes. "That's easy. He only has one eye.
" The inspector is taken aback a little by this, as he tries to explain. "Well, this is a profile photo of the man, so you can only see one ear." He moves on to the next blonde, asking if she can identify anything distinguishing about the man. "Sure," the second blonde girl bubbles.
"That man is missing one of his ears." The inspector is know rubbing his temples, wondering what an aneurysm feels like.
"Look, ladies," he booms.
"This picture is a profile. Understand?" They all nod.
Moving on now to the third blonde girl, he asks her to identify some distinguishing features of the man. "Well," she begins confidently. "That man wears contact lenses." The officer is taken aback.
He says that he hadn't considered that, and he didn't know if that was true. Looking at the man's file, the officer sees that the third blonde girl was indeed correct, that the man does wear contact lenses. "That's amazing," the officer says to her. "How were you able to tell that just from looking at his profile picture?" "It's easy," the third blonde spouts enthusiastically.
"This man only had one ear and one eye, so he must have worn contact lenses because regular glasses would never have fit him." |
