One day during class, Johnny's teacher asked a question to the class. She said she had something in here hand behind her back that was long, hard, and pink at the top. Then she asked if anybody knew what it was. Little Johnny raised his hand and said he knew exactly what it was. He said it was a pencil.

The teacher was relieved that Johnny had not said anything bad. She told him that he was correct and she liked the way he was thinking. Then Johnny said he had a riddle for her. He put his hand in his pocket and said its round, has a head on it, and is hard as a rock.

Johnny's teacher immediately told him to shut up and go to the principals office. Johnny said on his way out the door, "Its only a coin I'm holding, but I like the way your thinking.
