Paris Hilton made a public statement to the press. She said that her stretch in jail has really changed her life.

So when they let Paris out of jail she ask if she could keep the handcuffs she thought that they would really help to make that big change in her life.

The cops that let Paris out of jail were seen laughing hysterically not because she was leaving but because they kept the key to the cuffs!!!!!
